The aim of the anti-bullying policy is to ensure that pupils learn in a supportive, caring and safe environment without fear of being bullied, and that staff are free from fear of bullying by pupils.

Behaviour Policy: At Clinton Primary school, a consistent policy for acceptable behaviour is important, so that children have a framework within which they can develop and learn, in a secure environment. The policy is designed to be clear to children, staff, parents and governors, and to encourage a collective commitment to establishing and maintaining good behaviour in the school.

Calculations at Clinton: Written calculation methods changed significantly with the advent of the Numeracy Strategy in 1999. These methods build on the mental maths skills children learn throughout their schooling, forming a smooth transition from mental to written. more >>
Child Protection: The governors and staff of Clinton Primary School fully recognise the contribution it makes to safeguarding children. We recognise that all staff, including volunteers, have a full and active part to play in protecting our pupils from harm. more >>
Complaints Procedure: The headteacher, staff and governors of your child’s school want to work with you to establish a good parent / school relationship. They will inform you about the school’s policies and your child’s progress.
