Fantastic Learning Behaviours

The ‘Best We Can Be’ characteristics, explained in the 'About Clinton' section of our website, help us to teach children how to behave in ways which will help them to thrive. In addition, the ‘Personal Development’ strand of our transferrable skills support children to be more resilient, resourceful and responsible for their own behaviours.

Effective ‘learning’ conversations with teachers ensure children understand the effect of behaviours which have led to unsafe situations, lost learning or children feeling upset. Where children have been upset there will always be restorative conversations to ensure relationships are healed.

Here are our two main policies which describe our approach.
