Thank you for offering your time to help us in school!
We rely on help from parent and other volunteers in all sorts of ways at school: listening to children read; accompanying classes to swimming lessons; assisting at athletics club; leading groups in ‘Golden Learning’ time, to mention just a few. This help makes a real difference to the opportunities we’re able to offer the children.
Our children’s safety and wellbeing is hugely important and so we need all staff and volunteers to obtain DBS clearance and to be aware of our safeguarding guidance. There are four sets of guidelines below; please read the one(s) relating to the activity you’re helping us with.
- Volunteer Role : Swimming
- Volunteer Role : School Trips
- Volunteer Role : Reading with children
- Volunteer Role : Golden Learning
